I was entrusted with the responsibility to design, direct, and lead an integrated branding project for the newly established What’s Possible Group and its associated business brands: The Specialist Works, Hubble, Pintarget, and Connections.

The first step involved assembling a team of skilled freelancers with diverse expertise. Together, we collaborated closely with the client (including multiple stakeholders) and the internal marketing and creative teams to bring to life the group’s brand positioning and vision. Our aim was to visually convey the brand’s promise of tailored and diverse solutions. To achieve this, we embraced an ‘Op Art’ approach, incorporating a kaleidoscopic effect that symbolised continuous evolution, innovation, and recombination. This concept served as the foundation for the design and creation of the ‘What’s Possible Group’ brand mark and logo.

As a team, we successfully implemented the branding across various touchpoints. This included developing comprehensive brand guidelines, creating customised WordPress websites with a focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, designing graphics for the intranet, crafting visually appealing email signatures, developing PowerPoint (PPT) templates, creating engaging motion and animated graphics, producing social and digital assets, designing merchandise, implementing office branding, and developing signage.
